NATIVITY ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

March 2009

Greetings from cold and snowy New York. May you all keep warm and cozy. Hopefully, Spring is just around the corner and we can look forward to better days.

One of these better days – April 25
Our Alumni Spring Luncheon is scheduled for April 25. Come and join us in Nativity Church Hall. Meet your friends from your happy days at Nativity School. Bring your family and catch up on news and events. We promise you a great lunch and really spectacular desserts. (See invitation here.)

Our proceeds will go to Nativity Church as well as to our retired Ursuline Sisters. We remember our former teachers with love and gratitude and we want to help them in their retirement years. These sisters pray daily for their former pupils, so you are never forgotten.

Some requests from some of our members:
Lester McCann has asked if anyone can help him to locate an old friend of his from Nativity days – Robert (Ozzie) McDonough, class of ’41 or ’42. He had lived on 107 Ave, between 90 and 91 Street. If anyone has any info, please let us know.

James Velten – has asked if there could be a Latin mass. If anyone else would be interested, please write and let us know so we can investigate.

Prayer Requests:
Two of our faithful members have died this past year.
Frank Terracciano and Kathering Keneally, may they rest in peace.

Please remember them and their families in your prayers.

Send in any of your requests and we shall do our best to help.

We look forward to seeing you on April 25.
